Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara remained unbeaten on the finish of day 2 after India bowled Australia out on 338 on Day 2 of the third Test in Sydney.
India have been 96 for 2 at stumps on day two, trailing Australia by 242 runs within the third Test right here on Friday. Cheteshwar Pujara and skipper Ajinkya Rahane have been batting 9 and 5 respectively on the shut of play.
India made a strong start with Rohit Sharma (26) and Shubman Gill (50) stitching a 70-run opening stand. Gill went on to attain his maiden half-century.
